- 8-12 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk Or you can substitute with purified water.
- 1 scoop Plant Protein Complete Or you can use a vanilla protein powder of your choice.
- 1 scoop Collagen ECM Protein Powder from Systemic Formulas
- 2 cups Organic Spinach
- 1/6 Raw Beet Use a peeler or knife to remove skin or wash very well if you keep the skin on.
- 1/6 Frozen Banana Peel and cut a banana into small pieces and freeze in a Tupperware container.
- 5 cubes Ice cubes made with purified water
