- 1.5 cups of vanilla almond milk
- A ton of fresh spinach (fill the whole blender up)
- 1 cup of butternut squash
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (flavored with stevia)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of vitamineral green powder
