INITIAL AUTO ACCIDENT EXAMINATION

When you first contact us to schedule an appointment to come in to our Port Orange chiropractic office you will be greeted by our compassionate and friendly staff. Dr. Seidenberg will then take care to make sure she knows every detail about the auto accident and document it perfectly.  You will need to communicate the exact details of the accident in order for her to know how to treat your special auto accident injuries case.

A thorough examination of your physical and neurological condition will take place to know what needs to be done to get you feeling better.  You will be so excited to know that Dr. Seidenberg only cares about bringing you back to health and making sure that you live the rest of your life pain-free. We have an excellent network of facilities if you are in need of any internal imaging such as x-rays or an MRI.  These images will be used to find any underlying injuries that cannot normally be perceived.  We want to make sure that we know about any and all damage that may have been caused by your auto accident.

Dr. Seidenberg will then craft a specialized chiropractic treatment plan that will bring you back to health and deal with any of the pain associated with your specific car crash injuries.  You will need to come in over a period of weeks for regular chiropractic treatment in order to remedy your auto accident injuries.

Common car accident injuries include one or more of the following diagnoses:

  • Whiplash

  • Headaches

  • Muscle Soreness

  • Shoulder and mid back pain

  • Neck Pain

  • Sciatica

  • Disc Bulge or Herniation

  • Jaw Pain

  • Numbness or Tingling

  • Weakness or Dizziness

  • Extremity Pain

Sometimes people experience immediate symptoms after an accident. Other times, it takes days, weeks, or even months for symptoms to surface.

This is why it is so important to seek an exam even if you are not experiencing symptoms yet.

You must seek chiropractic care within 2 weeks of the car wreck in order to fall under the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) laws. Your auto insurance will cover your cost of treatment and there will be no out of pocket expenses as long as you are a Florida resident and are the named insured driver involved in the wreck.  It is important to read about our auto injury chiropractic treatment to better understand how, when, where, why, and who is covered by PIP.

Whether is is your fault or not, when you are involved in an accident, you can call our office and our friendly staff and doctor will have you back on the road in no time.
