Courtney Roberts is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who has a thoughtful, thorough, nurturing approach to massage and understands that each client is an individual with unique needs. She is able to provide her clients with a therapeutic touch, getting deeper into their muscles, as needed, but also giving them a strong sense of relaxation.
Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, Courtney has a collaborative approach to reaching her client’s specific goals. She enjoys focusing on neck, shoulder, and back pain with the use of myofascial, deep tissue, Swedish, and trigger point therapies to assist healing in the body due to headaches, chronic pain, fatigue or injury.
Courtney has been a licensed massage therapist for 10 years. She received her diploma for Massage Therapy in 2008 from Everest University in Orlando, Florida where she studied under the instruction of Mario Rodriguez, LMT, NMT. As a student, she achieved honors on the University’s President’s List and maintained a 4.0 GPA each semester. Upon graduating, she has received advanced training in deep tissue and neuromuscular therapies, as well as becoming certified in prenatal and bamboo massage therapies.
Before her career as a massage therapist, Courtney was a ballet dancer and dedicated her life to her art. Her philosophy to hands on healing through massage therapy is a direct result of her background in dance.
