Our goal is to help you ditch the diets that don’t work and learn to eat normally, while building long-term, sustainable health practices.

​We will help you cultivate a healthy relationship with food while learning how to take care of yourself in all aspects of health including stress, sleep, and exercise.

We will help you take control of your health through proper dietary habits, break the cycle of yo-yo dieting, heal your relationship with food, and learn to love your body.

During your first session, we spend an hour getting to know you and completing a full health assessment. We’ll explore your health struggles and your relationship with food. We’ll review your diet history, eating patterns, and other health habits. We’ll use clinical assessment questionnaires or muscle testing techniques to identify the root cause of your health concerns. We’ll also identify the specific nutrients your body needs to heal.

We will help you develop well-defined goals and then develop a plan to help you reach them! Most of our programs include one-on-one coaching and whole food supplements to aid your body in healing. Depending on your specific health concerns, we may also incorporate ionic detoxification, massage therapy, chiropractic care, or other services to accelerate your health improvement.

Following your initial session, we will maintain regular meetings with you. The frequency of follow-up sessions may vary, with most patients requiring weekly appointments. We offer the flexibility of meeting either in person at our Port Orange office location or virtually via phone. Moreover, once we officially begin working together, you will have the convenience of accessing your practitioner via text message any day of the week!

If you’re solely looking for a diet plan, then this program may not be the right fit for you. Our nutrition program is not just a typical diet plan. Diets, which often involve being either ‘on’ or ‘off’ them, have proven to be ineffective and can lead individuals to blame themselves for not adhering to the plan. Such experiences can ultimately worsen one’s relationship with food and lead to a sense of hopelessness.

In contrast, our nutrition program takes a different approach. We aim to help you break free from the cycle of dieting and establish a harmonious relationship with food once and for all. By addressing your mindset about food, our program has the potential to improve your overall health for years to come!

While many of our patients initially seek our services for weight loss, it is important to note that weight loss is not our primary focus or immediate goal. For weight loss to occur, it is essential to prioritize providing your body with sufficient nutrients from real food. If you have nutritional deficiencies or insufficiencies, our first step will be to address and rectify those before addressing weight loss specifically.

While we will certainly discuss your desire to change your weight, we believe weight should not be the sole indicator of success or progress. If you have been using food as an emotional coping mechanism or have experienced lifestyle changes that led to weight gain, it is likely that your current weight does not reflect your optimal health. As we collaborate and work together towards your well-being, your body will naturally strive to reach a healthy weight as it heals.

There will never be a time when life suddenly becomes easier. In fact, you may never find the time to engage in a nutrition program like this. That’s why it’s essential to prioritize and make time.

Lack of white space on your calendar should not be a reason for neglecting your health. You have the choice to allocate time for your health now or be compelled to make time later due to illness. Many of our patients are busy professionals, mothers with hectic schedules, or individuals constantly on the go.

We only require the minimum time commitment necessary from you to achieve the desired results!

Our nutrition programs are customized for each patient’s specific health goals. This is an example of what a nutrition program may look like for a patient who has been struggling with their diet for years and has 4 chronic health problems that they have not been able to resolve:

  • 1 nutrition follow-up session per week for 12 weeks
  • 1 infrared sauna session per week for 6 weeks to help accelerate detoxification
  • 6 nutritional supplements to help achieve results as quickly as possible

The duration of our program varies based on individual circumstances. Unlike conventional dieting methods, our primary focus is on instilling proper eating habits rather than offering quick fixes. It’s important to recognize that behavioral change is a gradual process that cannot be achieved overnight. Developing a healthy relationship with food necessitates commitment and ongoing support.

While we generally recommend a minimum of a 3 to 6 month program, it’s crucial to understand that each patient is unique. Some individuals have successfully transformed their habits within a shorter period, while others have chosen to continue our coaching program for years. We recognize that everyone has specific accountability and counseling needs, and we customize our approach accordingly.

Chronic health problems do not develop overnight. They develop over a long period of time due to certain environmental influences and improper diet (which cause nutritional deficiencies and imbalances.) Our natural health improvement programs are effective, but they are not a quick fix. Undoing years of health issues can take time. Although each patient’s health situation is different, most of our patients who adhere to their programs have reported noticing positive changes in the first few weeks!

Our nutrition sessions are $80-$100 each.

We offer packages of 6 and 12 nutrition sessions, monthly memberships, and a 3 month unlimited session plan to make nutrition coaching affordable for everyone.
