NATURAL WINES
Have your wine and drink it too! Dry Farm Wines offers the highest quality natural wines from small, sustainable farms that meet strict standards of health! Unlike today’s commercialized and processed wines, this is real wine that is better for you!

WHAT DOES DRY FARM WINES TASTE LIKE?
Dry Farm Wines’ natural wines taste completely different when compared to conventional shelf wine. In fact, you may not recognize the taste of the grape you love when you drink its natural wine version. They are vibrant and fresh. It’s almost like enjoying kombucha – natural wine is a live fermenting product that has not been sterilized with additives or killed with sulfites. It may take a week or two to get used to the new palate of natural wines, but once you do, there’s no going back!
HOW MUCH ALCOHOL DO DRY FARM WINES CONTAIN?
Alcohol is still a toxin. That’s why Dry Farm wines are between 10% to 12.5% alcohol. Micro-dosing is the key to avoiding any of the negative side effects of consuming too much alcohol. Conventional wines can range up to 16% alcohol by volume, but wine manufacturers don’t have to print an accurate number on the label because of certain loopholes in the alcohol laws.
WILL I STILL GET BUZZED DRINKING DRY FARM WINES?
Yes. In fact, you’ll get a better, cleaner buzz. Dry Farm Wines never have more than 12.5% alcohol for health reasons. When you dose down alcohol, you enjoy a more energized, cleaner, and more vibrant effect without sluggishness.
HOW CAN WINE BE SUGAR FREE?
Wine is made by adding yeast to grape juice. The yeast eats the sugar in the juice, producing alcohol and carbon dioxide as byproducts. When the yeast has eaten all the sugar, the wine will be fully fermented and sugar-free. In a full fermentation, the yeast eats all the sugar and dies. Modern, industrial winemakers use sulfur dioxide (“sulfites”) to kill the yeast early, which leaves residual sugar in the wine. And, some even add sugar back into the wine. This achieves a sweeter palate to appeal to the American market. By contrast, natural winemakers let native yeasts consume all the sugar. Dry Farm Wines lab test every bottle of wine for sugar to ensure that the wine never has more than 1g / L of sugar.
DOES DRY FARM WINES CONTAIN SULFITES?
Sulfites occur naturally in all wines during the fermentation process. According to US law, any wine with more than 10 ppm (parts per million) of sulfur has to be labeled “contains sulfites.” That said, Dry Farm Wines are about as close to sulfite-free as you can get while still having wines that are stable and have the ability to ship around the world. Sulfites can be naturally occurring up to about 30 ppm. The 75 ppm limit that Dry Farm Wines adheres to is low enough to prevent any kind of reaction in almost everyone (for reference, conventional wines usually have 150-300 ppm sulfites).
WHAT IS DRY FARMING?
Dry farming means there was no irrigation used to grow the grapes. This sustainable farming practice is used all around the world. Without sprinklers or water pipes, the vines are stressed in the best way possible. They grow deeper into the soil – up to 30 meters compared to 3 feet on a typical American vineyard. Research has shown dry farming produces an environmental trigger in the grape’s DNA to express genes that result in higher polyphenol levels in the wine.
WHAT IS BIODYNAMIC FARMING?
Biodynamic farming practices are one of the most sustainable farming practices in the world. Starting with the same principles of organic farming, Biodynamic practices go a step further by treating the entire farm as if it were one living organism. Biodynamic farmers are committed to maintaining a biodiverse ecosystem in their farm. From the soil bacteria to the symbiotic relationship of the vines and insects, each factor is optimized on the farm.
