In your first session, we spend an hour getting to know you and completing a full health assessment. We’ll explore your health struggles and your relationship with food. We’ll review your diet history, eating patterns, and other health habits. We will help you come up with well-defined goals and then develop a plan to help you reach them!
After your initial session, we’ll will meet with you regularly. Some patients require weekly sessions, while others require sessions less often. We will wither meet in person or virtually by video or voice call. When we start officially working together, you also have access to our team any day of the week via text!

If you’re just looking for a diet plan, then this program is not for you. This is not a diet. Not only do diets not work because you’re either “on” them or “off” them, but most people end up blaming themselves for not sticking to the plan. This ultimately worsens your relationship with food.
This nutrition program is different. We will help you break free from the cycle of dieting and make peace with food once-and-for-all. This program will change your mindset about food, helping to improve your overall health for years to come!
While many of our patients come to us looking to lose weight, however this is not the main focus or goal initially. Your body first requires sufficient nutrients from real food before weight loss occurs. If you have nutritional deficiencies or insufficiencies, we must address those before we address weight loss. We will certainly talk about your desire to change your weight, but we will not be using your weight as the only indicator of success or progress.
If you have been eating for emotional reasons or if you’ve gone through a lifestyle change that caused weight gain, it’s likely that you’re not at your healthy weight right now. As we work together and your body begins to heal, your weight will likely normalize.
There’s never going to be a time where life suddenly gets easier. In fact, you may never find the time to do a nutrition program like this. That’s why you need to make time.
Being busy should not be a reason for you to neglect your health. You either choose to make time now for your health or you’ll be forced to make time later for sickness. Many of our patients are busy professionals, moms with days that are non-stop, or people who are constantly traveling.
We require the smallest time commitment from you that is possible while still achieving the results you desire!
It depends. Learning how to properly eat is the opposite of dieting. While dieting is easy at the beginning and gets harder (or impossible) as time goes on. Working with us can be much tougher up front. Remember, behavior change doesn’t happen overnight and it takes commitment and support to develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
We recommend a minimum of 6 months of coaching, however every patient is different. Some of our patients have changed their habits in less than 6 months while others have been on a coaching program for years. Everyone is different and each person requires a different level of accountability and counseling.
After you receive your analysis, you will get a specifically designed nutrition program. Most programs include dietary suggestions (as well as whole food supplements) to aid your body in healing itself.
