Meet Dr. Lindsey Bolte

A Holistic Approach to Healing

Dr. Lindsey SpringDr. Lindsey tells people all the time that she’s always been more into holistic health, just from her personal experience. Initially, she planned to become a psychologist, but she realized her passion for hands-on healing while working as the office manager at her cousins’ chiropractic clinic. She was amazed by the incredible changes she saw in patients and felt inspired to apply to chiropractic college.

Dr. Lindsey earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, choosing the sunshine state over the cold winters of Iowa, where the main campus is located.

While in school, she was introduced to acupuncture by a guest lecturer, who’s a chiropractor and acupuncturist. “He’s been doing it for 45 years, and I was just captivated by his conversation about the changes he’s seen and people getting better.”

Realizing she, too, wanted to help people in a similar way, Dr. Lindsey took a six-month intensive training course that led her to become board-certified in acupuncture. This additional credential has given her another powerful tool to help patients heal from within.

Expertise in Women’s Health & Gentle Healing Techniques

Dr. Lindsey has a particular focus on addressing women’s health concerns, including fertility challenges, hormonal imbalances, and pregnancy-related discomfort. Certified in the Webster Technique, she is trained in methods specifically designed for moms-to-be. She also incorporates acupuncture to relieve pain and promote overall well-being.

Those seeking a highly gentle technique can benefit from Dr. Lindsey’s certification in craniosacral therapy. This light touch hands-on technique helps balance the body’s nervous system. The method is especially helpful for babies, children, and patients who prefer a softer approach to care.
