Spinach, Banana, and Beet SHake Recipe

Add all contents to a blender and enjoy!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 2 slices of beet (peeled)
  • 1 beet leaf
  • 1-2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil
  • 4 ice cubes
